No cookies, no analytics, no ads.
Our pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising tools.
Effective 3 November 2026
This policy explains what SevenTrain Ventures learns about you when you use this website or contact us through it, why, who else receives it, and the choices you have.
Our pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising tools.
We learn about you when you email us, fill in a form or book a call, plus the technical data any browser sends.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Ask us what we hold, or to correct or delete it, at hello@seventrainventures.com.
This website, www.seventrainventures.com, is run by SevenTrain Ventures, based in New York. You can reach us at hello@seventrainventures.com.
In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that entity. We decide how and why the personal data described here is used. Under European and UK data protection law, that makes us its controller.
Requests for the fund summary of the SevenTrain & Co. Quantum Intelligence Fund, L.P. go to our investor relations team. We use these requests only to send fund information and to follow up.
This policy covers this website only. Other sites we link to, including twelvebell.com, the Decision OS site, our live systems on SevenTrain subdomains, Luma and LinkedIn, are not covered by it.
Only what you choose to send us, plus the technical data every browser sends to load a page.
Every address on this site (enterprise@, founders@, ir@, press@ and hello@seventrainventures.com) is a mailbox we run on Google Workspace. The email buttons open your own mail app with a subject filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send. We receive your name, your email address and what you write. If you call +1 718 635 1773, we see your number.
Why: to read your message, reply and pass it to the right partner. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering inquiries, or steps you ask us to take before working together.
Fields: your name, email, organisation (optional), and a box you tick to confirm that you are an accredited investor or qualified purchaser, or a non-U.S. professional investor. The form also sends the address of the page you were on, and a hidden field that filters out spam robots.
Where it goes: n8n, our workflow provider, checks the form and sends it by email (Gmail) to our investor relations team. If sending fails, the page offers to open an email to the same team instead.
Why: to send you the summary you asked for and to follow up on your eligibility. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in sending fund information only to eligible investors. See If you request the fund summary.
If you buy for a contractor, owner, developer or manufacturer: your organisation and role, the operational problem, and your email. Founders who build construction technology apply by email instead.
Where it goes: Formspree, our form provider, receives the form, stores it and emails it to us.
Why: to reply, to judge whether there is a fit and, for a problem, to find a startup that can solve it. We do not show your problem or your name to a startup without your agreement. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in running the programme you asked about.
Fields: your name, organisation and email, which description fits you (Fortune 500 executive, AI-native founder, AI company, conference or event organiser, investor or allocator, or other), and your message. Formspree receives it and emails it to us.
Why: to send your message to the right partner and reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering inquiries, or steps you ask us to take before working together.
Book a call opens Google's appointment page for a 30-minute call with our fund managers. To book, you give Google your first name, last name and email address, and pick a time. Google adds the call to our calendar, sends the confirmations, adds a Google Meet link and uses reCAPTCHA to stop abuse. We see your name, email and the time you chose.
Why: to hold the call. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take. How the booking window behaves is under Cookies and browser storage.
To deliver a page, your browser sends your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page that sent you here, and the time. Vercel, our host, processes this to serve and protect the site and records it in its logs. We do not use it to identify you or build a profile.
Why: to run a working, secure website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in doing so.
Our main pages load their fonts and code from this site itself. Some pages, including older pages that remain on this domain, load fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from the public networks jsDelivr, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and unpkg. When a page does this, your browser sends your IP address and browser details to that provider, which handles them under its own policy. The live page for Issue III of The Intelligence Wars embeds our Indexed Performance dashboard (indexed-performance.vercel.app), which also loads Google Fonts.
Why: to display those pages. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing the page as designed.
Our earlier site asked for your name, organisation and email before sending an issue of The Intelligence Wars. If you used it, n8n looked up your approximate location (country and city) from your IP address using the ipapi.co service, saved your details in a Google Sheet and sent you the issue by email (Gmail). The issues are now open to read with no sign-up, and the site no longer asks for these details.
Why: to send the issue and keep a list of readers. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in sharing our research with people who asked for it. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time.
Giving us personal data is voluntary. Without your email we cannot reply, and without the investor confirmation we cannot send the fund summary.
We do not ask for payment details, government identification or sensitive data such as health information. Please do not send them.
We are based in New York. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, this means your data leaves your country. Where the law requires a safeguard for that transfer, we rely on the safeguards in each provider's standard data protection terms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK addendum, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified under it.
Write to us if you would like more detail on the safeguard that applies.
Only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, or as the law requires.
Until we have answered and the conversation has ended, then only as long as we reasonably need it for our records. If an inquiry leads to working together, we keep it for as long as that work and our record keeping require.
As long as we need them to send fund information and follow up, and for any longer period the law requires us to keep records of who received fund materials.
In our calendar, for as long as we need the record of the meeting.
Formspree and n8n keep copies under their own retention settings. We delete our copies there once we no longer need them.
Until you ask us to delete your entry, or until we close the list.
Kept by Vercel under its own retention settings.
We delete the data, or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and browsers are told to refuse unencrypted visits. Our email, forms and booking run on established providers. No method of sending or storing data is fully secure, so please do not send confidential material until we have agreed with you how to handle it.
You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to hello@seventrainventures.com.
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Swiss data protection act, you have these rights over your personal data.
We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you have these rights.
Identifiers (name, email address, IP address); professional information (organisation, role); the investor status you confirm on the fund summary form (financial information under California Civil Code section 1798.80(e)); internet activity (the technical data your browser sends); approximate location derived from an IP address (readers of our earlier site only).
You, and your browser.
The purposes listed under What we collect, and why.
The service providers listed under Who receives it.
None. We have not sold or shared personal information in the past 12 months, including that of anyone under 16.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
A growing number of states give residents rights to access, correct, delete and get a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data and certain profiling. We do none of those last three. You can use the rights your state gives you by the same routes. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If you disagree with the outcome of the appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.
Email hello@seventrainventures.com or call +1 718 635 1773. Tell us what you would like and which email address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm that you control that address before we act. An authorized agent may ask on your behalf with your signed permission.
We reply within one month, or within 45 days for a California request, and tell you if we need longer as the law allows. Requests are free unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing, which we do not do in any case.
Our pages set no cookies and use no tracking technology. That is why there is no cookie banner.
None set by our pages.
When you open a page from one of the doors on our home page, your browser remembers that door's colour for one page load, so the next page can finish the colour transition you started. It holds a colour code and nothing about you. The next page deletes it as soon as it reads it, and closing the tab deletes it too.
An event announcement on our earlier site, retired in October 2026, stored the key qp-popup-2026-10-26 in local storage so it would not show twice. If you saw it, the key may still be in your browser. It holds the value 1 and nothing else, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Nothing loads from Google until you press Book a call. Then Google's appointment page opens in a window on our page, and your browser connects to Google (calendar.google.com and related Google addresses). Google may set or read its own cookies there, and uses reCAPTCHA when you book, under Google's own privacy policy. If you prefer, write to ir@seventrainventures.com to arrange a call instead.
European and UK law does not require consent for storage that is strictly necessary to provide something you asked for, such as the colour transition above. If we ever add analytics or other storage that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
The request form on our Quantum Fund page is for eligible investors only.
You confirm by ticking a box that you are an accredited investor or qualified purchaser, or a non-U.S. professional investor. Ticking the box is not verification. If you take things further, we or the fund may ask for evidence of your eligibility, as securities law requires.
We use your name, email, organisation and confirmation only to send you fund information, to follow up on your eligibility, and to keep a record of what we sent and to whom. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities. Any offer is made only through the Fund’s definitive Private Placement Memorandum to investors who meet the applicable eligibility standards. See our Terms of Use.
If you invest, the fund's subscription documents, and any privacy notice given with them, govern the information you provide for that.
This site is for professional audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of the page.
Questions about this policy, or a request about your data. We reply within one month.
